With over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Market Research, Business Development, Sales Training, Marketing, Education, Policy Reform, and Social Impact Entrepreneurship, Bailey’s career is marked by a dedication to excellence and a passion for creating opportunities for others. Her diverse skill set and extensive background have made her a versatile leader capable of navigating complex challenges and driving positive change within the communities she serves.
In her most recent role, Bailey served as the National Director for a college planning firm, where she was instrumental in launching and scaling three separate companies. This experience further honed her ability to lead organizations toward success, emphasizing the importance of strategic growth and sustainable business practices. Prior to this, Bailey was a dedicated educator in one of the nation’s largest school districts, where she influenced countless students and contributed to shaping the future of education. She also served as a seminar instructor and managed the Spanish Delegate Division at the National Notary Association, expanding her impact on a national scale.
In addition to her leadership roles, Bailey has operated an independent consulting company for the past 12 years. Through this venture, she has consistently focused on her personal mission to help minorities gain access to the resources, tools, and information needed for growth and equity. Her work has empowered many to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
Bailey’s academic achievements are equally impressive. She holds a master’s degree in Education from California State University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Furthering her expertise, she earned a certification in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, and Management from Cornell University. A strong advocate for the Latinx community, Bailey believes that bridging ideas and cultures is key to creating a more equitable America, one that values efficiency, creativity, and productivity.
Currently, Bailey is raising a family and is deeply invested in ensuring that her two sons carry on her legacy of breaking barriers, challenging inequities, and fostering understanding through the exchange of positive ideas and experiences.
