Executive Vice President and Chief Officer of Tico Productions, LLC and Tico Sports.

Delia serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tico Productions, LLC and Tico Sports, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of The Latino Coalition. In these roles, she is instrumental in driving operational strategies and fostering organizational excellence. Her leadership has been key in optimizing company operations and spearheading initiatives that have led to substantial improvements in efficiency and market expansion. 

In addition to her roles at Tico Productions and The Latino Coalition, Delia is the Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Es Lo Mio Designs, LLC, a new venture in Latino inspired sports apparel. Her work with Es Lo Mio Designs showcases her entrepreneurial spirit and her ability to lead and grow new ventures in a competitive market. 

Delia’s entrepreneurial spirit comes from growing up in a family business in the Argentine Community with Marin’s La Fiesta Restaurant, Marin & Sons Imports, Inc. and Marin’s Mexican Products. As a first generation Mexican-America, first in her family to go to college, and a proud “Dotte”, Delia credits her parents in instilling a strong work ethic and a responsibility to give back to the community. 

As a result, and in addition to her professional achievements, Delia is deeply committed to community involvement and board service. She currently serves as a Board Member for WIN for KC and Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City and the Heart of KC Board. Her past board roles include significant positions with the American Red Cross, Donnelly College Board of Trustees, the United Way, and the KCK Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Delia is also an alumna of Leadership 2000 and the FBI Citizen’s Academy and has been recognized in Donnelly College’s Alumni Hall of Fame for her contributions and leadership. Her commitment to global and local communities is further reflected in her role as Chair of the KCK Sister City Committee with Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico. 

Educationally, Delia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of St. Mary, Leavenworth, KS. She has pursued continuous professional development through various certifications, including the Kaufman FastTrac Planning Entrepreneurial Certificate, the Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Center of Philanthropy at Indiana University, and Contract Management from Duke University. She is also a Certified CVE Verification Counselor, Certified Transformational Coach, and GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor.
