My firm specializes in delivering innovative and customized Talent Acquisition and HR solutions for Manufacturing, Commercial, and Non-Profit organizations across the U.S. and Mexico.
I partner with business leaders to tackle their unique challenges, creating and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that address both immediate and long-term needs. Additionally, we provide comprehensive HR consulting services to help our clients optimize their HR practices and policies.

My philanthropic efforts include supporting the Women Entrepreneurs Consular Entrepreneurship Program for Mexican Women Abroad (PCEME) and the SCEDC Young Entrepreneurs Academy. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce and contribute to the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Fundacion Internacional de la Comunidad A.C., where I promote initiatives like the Kyoto Prize and Scholarship Program.
