During his adolescence, Luis Santamaría found his way into the dynamic universe of disco and retro sound, falling in love with the style and energy of the music of the 70s and 80s. It was in 1984 when he achieved one of his first dreams by becoming a professional DJ at Laser Club, an emblematic place in Tijuana that marked the beginning of a career that today accumulates more than three decades.
In 1987, his career took a decisive turn when he became a resident DJ at the renowned CLUB A, located on Avenida Revolución. There he spent 13 years leaving his mark with a unique style and an original concept that fused genres such as New Wave, Pop and music from the eighties. His ability to read the audience and transform any night into an unforgettable experience positioned him as one of the most recognized DJs in the region. Groups such as Depeche Mode, New Order, The Cure and Duran Duran are an essential part of his repertoire.
But his talent was not limited to the dance floor. DJ Luis also ventured into radio, being part of stations such as More FM 98.9 and Radio Latina 104.5.
