Provino Celebrates Unity Through Wine at the 4th Annual ‘Vino sin Fronteras’ Festival in Tijuana

Next Saturday, October 11, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Club Campestre Tijuana will once again become an epicenter of the region’s wine and culinary culture with the celebration of the fourth edition of the Vino Sin Fronteras Festival, organized by the Provino Committee. This major event will bring together 40 wineries from the valleys of Baja California, offering tastings and sales of 80 wine labels, including white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines.

“The main goal of the festival is to continue promoting wine culture to audiences on both sides of the border, while also serving as an important platform to boost wine tourism among national visitors and those from Southern California, wine enthusiasts, media outlets, and business organizations from the metropolitan area and San Diego, California,” stated Wenceslao Martínez, President of Provino.

Through a partnership with the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC) in Tijuana, the festival will feature 30 restaurants from Tijuana, Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe, Rosarito, and Tecate, offering culinary samples in a variety of cold, hot, savory, and sweet preparations. The program will also include live music featuring local talent, perfectly complementing the experience. Reinforcing the festival’s mission to create a bridge that unites both sides of the northern border through winemaking and to strengthen ties with other wine-producing regions, this fourth edition will welcome Paso Robles, CA as the Guest Wine Region. Thanks to the collaboration with the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance, wineries such as Ancient Peaks Winery, Bodega de Edgar, Field Recordings, Hope Family Wines, Truss, and Vina Robles will enrich the wine selection.

As part of Provino Baja California’s ongoing efforts to support vulnerable groups in the wine valleys, the festival will also have a social impact. A significant portion of the proceeds will go toward the renovation of the Sports Complex in Ejido El Porvenir. By promoting sports and recreation, as well as improving community spaces, the initiative seeks to encourage comprehensive development in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, helping to prevent children and young people from falling into harmful habits.

The event is for adults only. Tickets cost $1,500 MXN per person and include a commemorative wine glass, live music, and wine and food tastings (available while supplies last). Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to fully enjoy the food and wine experience.

By attending, you also contribute to supporting the Sports Complex in Valle de Guadalupe—join this great celebration!
