In order to offer the latest in innovation for machine tools and related sectors, the Association for Technology, Manufacturing and Solutions A.C (ATMS), will hold the 5th symposium on March 29 and 30, in the building Tijuana Trade Center.
“We congratulate the organizers of this symposium that seeks and promotes competitiveness in companies in the region, which will allow us to be more attractive for investment and tourism,” said the Secretary of the Tijuana Tourism and Conventions Committee, Dr. Karim Chalita Rodriguez.
“We are pleased that they have chosen us as the venue for this event and that we can support them step by step to make it a success; since we have the infrastructure required for it, as well as an attractive tourist offer so that they can also enjoy our destination,” he added.
He applauded that since the first days of the year, the meeting tourism sector has been reactivated since this month, two congresses have been held that have left an economic benefit of 45 million pesos.
For his part, engineer Salvador Icazbalceta, president of the Association for Technology, Manufacturing and Solutions A.C., explained that this is the most important symposium in Tijuana, dedicated to the machine tools and related sector, which has a technical focus for the manufacturing industry located in this city and region, whose main objective is to spread the industry behind the industry, explained the president of said association, an engineer.
He specified that companies affiliated with ATMS would participate in this event, which will offer the most innovative technology and solutions to local companies, which is free of charge and aimed at process and project engineers, operators, and students of the bouquet.
Likewise, Suleima García, also an engineer and manager of said association, explained that the symposium is divided into two important areas that make it up: conferences and stand exhibition. In both cases, the invitation is open to companies of the association from the local area and to authorities.
