The perfect world of ‘Barbie Land’, a Warner Bros. Pictures film by writer Greta Gerwig, arrives in movie theaters on July 20.

Tijuana.- To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place, unless you have a total existential crisis, or you are a Ken. This is how the most anticipated film of the year ‘Barbie’ from Warner Bros. Pictures arrives on movie screens on July 20, 2023.
From Oscar-nominated writer-director Greta Gerwig comes “Barbie,” starring Oscar nominees Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as Barbie and Ken, along with America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman and Will Ferrell.
The film also stars Michael Cera, Ariana Greenblatt, Ana Cruz Kayne, Emma Mackey, Hari Nef, Alexandra Shipp, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Simu Liu, Ncuti Gatwa, Scott Evans, Jamie Demetriou, Connor Swindells, Sharon Rooney, Nicola Coughlan , Ritu Arya, Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Dua Lipa and Oscar winner Helen Mirren.
Gerwig directed “Barbie” from a screenplay by Gerwig and Oscar nominee Noah Baumbach, based on Mattel’s Barbie. Producers for the film are Oscar nominee David Heyman, Robbie, Tom Ackerley and Oscar nominee Robbie Brenner with Gerwig.
Gerwig’s creative team behind the camera: cinematographer Oscar Rodrigo Prieto, production designer Sarah Greenwood, costume designer Jacqueline Durran, editor Nick Houy, visual effects Glen Pratt and music supervisor George Drakoulias. MOVIE FUN FACTS: Cameras filmed BARBIE on March 21, 2022 at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Hertfordshire, England, nearly two years to the date when, at the start of the pandemic, Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach met. they locked themselves in their New York apartment to create the script that Gerwig would later sign on to direct.
