They recognize restaurants that offer an exceptional culinary experience, evaluated under strict criteria of quality, culinary technique, harmony of flavors, chef’s personality and consistency. Receiving a MICHELIN Star not only elevates a restaurant’s status on a global level, but also highlights a commitment to excellence and innovation in cuisine.
The MICHELIN Guide has revealed its first selection for Mexico, highlighting 157 restaurants in various regions, including Baja California. In Baja California, four restaurants have received a MICHELIN Star:
