Grupo Firme was a prophet in their land

The regional music group performed successfully before 24,000 people at the Caliente Stadium on Saturday night, November 5.

Tijuana. – Saturday night was epic in terms of the history of concerts in Tijuana. Grupo Firme performed for the first time in Baja California, where the group was born, and it did so in a literally spectacular setting.

At 10 o’clock at night, the lights of the Caliente Stadium went out to receive Eduin Caz and company with a triumphant entrance. The wait was over for the more than 24,000 souls in the Caliente Stadium, and with the song “El Amor no es fue para mí” they began.

The public exploded from the beginning and there was no moment during the evening in which it dissipated. “Pídeme” was the second song and the one that opened the ballads to stir feelings, such as “Decide tú”, “Every time I miss you more” and “It hurts your abandonment”.

“Are you tired, Tijuana?!” Asked the vocalist of Grupo FirmeEduin Caz, to make sure that the public was having an incredible time together with his group. The fans screamed and asked for more, so they were pleased.

“En tu perra vida” was one of the songs that caught people the most, which he sang euphoric and with a drink in hand. “Cada quien” was another of the most loved by the audience since it’s a song that they have in collaboration with none other than Maluma.

The first high point of the night was reached with the singles to dedicate to the exes: “Yo ya no vuelvo contigo” shook the house of the Xolos, as well as other songs expected were “El Tóxico” and of course, “Ya supérame”, to leave no one without a voice.

Between each song, Grupo Firme kept their followers in the mood and took the opportunity to invite them to continue with the drinks, while they did the same. Between shots of tequila, whiskey, and beer, the group party continued, and the atmosphere was the best.

And it was time for the corridos. Eduin invited the group La Ventaja to the stage to interpret their new single, which premiered a few weeks ago, “A mi modo”, the natives of Culiacán are the authors of said single.

“Se fue la pantera” was another of the most recent corridos with which people loved, as well as “El Roto” and “Gracias”, which this one is in collaboration with the defunct Grupo Codiciado. And among the covers, they did not miss “El Güero”, from the group Marca MP.

Also, between pop covers and reggaeton there were: Karol G and Nicki Minaj’s “La Tusa” was performed to make everyone dance, as well as Lips Inc’s “Funky Town”. People were happy from start to finish during the concert, which lasted just over two hours.

Eduin Caz and the rest of the group thanked the border public for the love and welcome they received, the same that saw them be born and has followed them until now to the uncontrollable success that Grupo Firme is experiencing, for which they promised to return to their land and repeat what they experienced this Saturday.
