Sesame Place San Diego is hosting a spring scavenger hunt from April 13 to May 19, plus a special appearance by Blippi on May 4 and 5.

Tijuana.- Sesame Place San Diego, the only theme park on the West Coast based entirely on the award-winning show Sesame Street, welcomes spring in San Diego with Elmo’s Springtacular, which will be presented on select dates from April 13 to may 19. Included with park admission, visitors can enjoy chalk art, a nature-themed scavenger hunt, and a special spring story.
For the first time, Blippi will make a special appearance at the park on May 4 and 5 to meet families and perform in a special interactive stage experience. The park’s water attractions will be open for visitors to enjoy family fun on select dates based on weather temperatures.

• Sesame Place Welcomes Blippi – Blippi loves visiting new places and meeting new friends! On May 4 and 5, visitors to Sesame Place San Diego can enjoy Blippi Meet & Greets and an interactive experience at Sesame Street Theater!
*Please note: Blippi’s character will be played by a professional performing artist trained specifically for the experience. Visitors must have park admission and a scheduled reservation for Blippi Meet & Greets.
• Spring Scavenger Hunt – Visitors can go on a fun-filled hunt to find all the spring surprises hidden in the park. Free activity sheets can be picked up and turned in at Guest Services for a special prize.
• Chalk Art – Guests can have fun expressing their creativity by decorating Sesame Place sidewalks with complimentary chalk.
• Spring Story Time – Kids can learn about what makes spring special during a special story time at Big Bird’s Nest.
• Meet and Greet Special Characters – There’s nothing like seeing furry friends dressed up for a special celebration! Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby and more will greet guests and take photos in their bright spring outfits during the event.

Sesame Place’s exciting water attractions will open on select dates throughout the spring and summer seasons. The park’s water attractions offer something for the whole family, including The Count’s Splash Castle, the park’s newest addition that features 111 play elements throughout the multi-level play structure. Little kids will love splashing around on Elmo’s Silly Sand Slides, while older kids will enjoy the thrills of Cookie’s Monster Mixer and Oscar’s Rotten Rafts.
In addition to open water attractions, guests can enjoy thrilling attractions including the Super Grover’s Box Car Derby and the Sunny Day Carousel, an engaging musical playground, the interactive Sesame Street neighborhood with the iconic 123 Stoop, and daily shows. of live characters.
