The terror begins at Universal Orlando Resort on Friday, September 1 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on Thursday, September 7. Here is a preview of what to expect:

The Exorcist: Believer

Inspired by the terrifying new horror film from Blumhouse and Morgan Creek Entertainment’s Universal Pictures (in theaters Friday, October 13), the haunted house “The Exorcist: Believer” will unleash a whole new level of terror at Halloween Horror Nights.

Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count

Inspired by the hit series USA & SYFY and cult classic movies, “Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count” introduces this killer doll as the star of his own haunted house for the first time. A true sadistic killer, Chucky has been in the throes of the disrespect he feels from his peers for not being taken seriously.

Universal Monsters: Unmasked

Lurking twenty meters below the bustling streets of the City of Lights, the dank catacombs of Paris harbor a much darker secret. . . The new haunted house “Universal Monsters: Unmasked” takes guests into infamous graveyards where every nook and cranny teems with millions of skeletal remains and even more sinister secrets. Deep within the catacombs, Universal’s most notorious creatures: The Phantom of the Opera, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Dr. Jekyll and his deranged alternate personality Mr. Hyde, and Dr. Jack Griffin, aka like The Invisible Man, they also lurk as they bide their time and seek revenge against the guests after the opening of the Catacombs to public viewing.

Halloween Horror Nights takes place on select nights at Universal Orlando Resort from Friday, September 1 to Saturday, November 4 and at Universal Studios Hollywood from Thursday, September 7 to Tuesday, October 31.
