The 70th Anniversary Celebration guide on the Disney Parks blog revealed new details about Disneyland Resort’s 70th anniversary celebration beginning May 16, 2025, including a special ticket offer, entertainment updates and more than 10 never-before-seen images and concept artworks. Get excited for the party!
Disneyland’s anniversary ticket offer, which went on sale March 11 for visits May 16 through Aug. 14, 2025, can help guests save money on multi-day visits with a variety of flexible options. At Disneyland Resort hotels, visitors can also find deals on select stays with an early booking offer available and additional hotel deals.
The “World of Color Happiness!” nighttime show will inspire visitors to sing and dance. It will feature a special version of “Rainbow Connection,” performed by R&B group Boyz II Men, and a new original song performed by FITZ, frontman and namesake of multi-platinum hitmakers Fitz and the Tantrums, called “Makes Me Wanna Move.”
Additional entertainment updates include the return of Anna, Elsa and the “Frozen”-inspired float to the “Paint the Night” parade, “The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade” with appearances by Duffy and ShellieMay, and “Tapestry of Happiness” projections on the “it’s a small world” façade.
Select entertainment and experiences will be temporarily paused during the celebration to make way for seasonal entertainment offerings, then resume at later dates. Disneyland.com will include the latest show times.
In addition to admiring the 70th anniversary celebration decorations throughout the resort, guests can look for new magic in “it’s a small world” and Toy Story Midway Mania! New concept artwork and images of product, décor and character attire were also released for a limited time as part of this announcement – you’ll want to get them all!
