Angie Clement-Cromwell is a leading communicator, social activist and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in business management and a strong background in media and community leadership. A native of Mexico, she is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a specialization in Communication Policy Research, complementing her academic training with a diploma in Photography.
Throughout her career, Angie has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professional development, female empowerment and the representation of Latina voices in international spaces. She is the founder and CEO of “Latinas con Poder”, a global digital magazine that has positioned itself as an innovative platform dedicated to showcasing the stories, struggles and achievements of Latinas around the world. Since its inception, this publication has been a reflection of Angie’s passion for journalism, photography and graphic design, fusing these disciplines with a strong focus on social activism and community work.
As part of her work for the collective good, Angie co-wrote the bestselling book “Activismo Comunitario 2022”, a work that highlights the work of community leaders, non-profit organizations and social entrepreneurs who create positive change in their communities. This project has served as an extension of Latinas con Poder’s purpose: to be a voice that inspires, informs and transforms.
In addition to her editorial and community work, Angie has established herself as an influential voice in national and international forums. Her presence as a presenter, emcee and speaker at various events has allowed her to share her experience and leadership vision with audiences around the world. Her altruistic commitment has been recognized in countries such as Mexico, the United States and France, consolidating the international recognition of her work and the global projection of her magazine.
A faithful believer in continuous education, Angie has actively participated in courses, workshops and conferences in different areas of knowledge, which has allowed her to remain at the forefront of communication, women’s empowerment, social entrepreneurship and human rights.
In 2024, further strengthening her legacy, she founded the non-profit organization Latinas con Poder, with the mission of providing comprehensive and ongoing support to the Latina community. Through this organization, Angie seeks to expand the impact of her work and create new opportunities for development and connection for Latinas in different social and cultural contexts.
