Ann Warren: Associate Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Group


Ms. Warren has over 37 years of healthcare experience and has been a dedicated leader at Community Health Group since 1994. She is passionate about making sure individuals have access to quality health services and is honored to have spent decades working with a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving its members. She finds great joy in giving back to the community and values the opportunity to collaborate with providers, federally qualified health centers, and community-based organizations to improve healthcare access and quality.

As Associate CEO, she supports the CEO with special projects, Board Services, and Regulatory Affairs. Previously, she served as the organization’s Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Officer and Provider Relations Manager.

Before joining Community Health Group, Ms. Warren was the Director of Health Care Centers at Family Practice Associates and the National Coordinator of Marketing for Rancho Park Hospital and Residential Treatment Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a master’s degree in management from National University.
