At only 36 years of age, he has three post-doctorates in research and education, two doctorates in education and science with a mention in management, as well as a master’s degree in higher education and a specialization in research. Currently, he continues to enrich his education with graduate programs in human capital management, organizational development and leadership, in addition to preparing for a doctorate in psychology and a postdoctorate in artificial intelligence applied to the business sector.
His professional career has been marked by key milestones, including his designation as Academic Vice Chancellor at a Panamanian universityafter migrating from Venezuela at the age of 28, which subsequently led him to positions as Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, Deputy Director of Curriculum and Dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences. He currently serves as Director of Professional Development at a university in Florida.
Among his most notable recognitions is the Emerging Young Researcher Award in New York (2014) and his secondment to the UNESCO Chair: University and Regional Integration as a researcher in educational systems and policies. In addition, he has founded and directed indexed scientific journals, as well as research centers that have facilitated collaborations between Latin American universities to strengthen scientific development in the region.
