Facelift and other celebrities’ secrets to look 30 in their 60s

Today we bring you a good gossip, one of those that combine celebrities, beauty and those makeovers that leave us with our mouths open. And yes, Kris Jenner did it again: breaking the internet with her new super rejuvenated look. So much so, that many confused her with her daughter Kim Kardashian (imagine that!). But Kris is not the only one. Several celebrities are opting for treatments and surgeries that make them look at least 20 years younger.

So what are they really doing to themselves, is it just makeup or is there more behind it?

What did Kris Jenner do to herself?

Kris Jenner, who is already 69 years old, was captured in Paris looking so fresh-faced that she looked like she had just stepped out of a time machine. According to specialists, her change could be due to a combination of procedures such as:

  • Deep facelift: This surgery “lifts” the inner layers of the face, not just the superficial skin, for a longer-lasting and more natural result.
  • Neck lift: Ideal to eliminate the “double chin” and those lines that usually mark this area.
  • Eyelid surgery: Removes excess skin or bags both above and below the eyes, achieving a more open look.
  • Fat grafting: Fat is taken from other parts of the body and placed in areas that have lost volume, such as the cheekbones.
  • CO2 laser: A treatment that helps to smooth wrinkles and give the skin a renewed glow.

It’s not just surgery: there are also life changes

Many celebrities are not only going under the knife, they are also betting on a total change in their lifestyle. For example, Lindsay Lohan, who has also been sporting a much fresher face, has reportedly opted for surgeries such as eyebrow lifts, rhinoplasty and eyelid lifts. But the most important thing, experts say, was her rehabilitation: better nutrition, more hydration, less harmful substances and a healthier routine in general.

All this has a direct influence on the skin: collagen production improves, it looks brighter, the fibers are rearranged and the result is a firmer and healthier face.

And what about Christina Aguilera?

The singer has also been the talk of the town with her new look. Rumor has it that she may have had fillers removed from her face and lips, giving her a more defined and natural look. Also, like many others, she is reportedly using biostimulators, which help the body produce more collagen on its own.

The perfect combo? A little Botox here and there (to soften fine lines), some laser, and yes, probably a discreet facelift. All this accompanied by habits like taking care of your sleep, eating better, using sunscreen daily, and exercising.

Donatella also appeared recently with a renewed face. In her case, it is believed that part of the change was thanks to the removal of old fillers (which are not used as much anymore), along with non-invasive treatments such as:

  • Radiofrequency and ultrasound: they help tighten the skin without surgery.
  • Current biostimulators and fillers: Give volume and firmness without overdoing it.

And yes, she’s probably also been to the operating room for a general facial touch-up.

So… is it just aesthetics?

Not at all. What the experts (and celebrities too) are promoting the most is a holistic beauty: combining aesthetics with a healthier life. Sleep well, drink water, eat better, avoid excesses and above all, keep a positive attitude towards aging.

It’s not about stopping time, but about aging well… and if you want to help yourself with a treatment or two, that’s okay too!

In short: Celebrities like Kris Jenner don’t just get surgeries, they also take care of their health, their skin and their overall wellness. And that, my friends, is the real secret to looking and feeling young.

What do you think? Would you go for a little touch-up if you knew it could help you look (and feel) better?
