Candy Cuevas, a proud San Diegan, has dedicated her career to creating a lasting impact through philanthropy and community engagement. As the Philanthropy Manager at San Ysidro Health, Candy has spent over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, shaping initiatives that improve lives and elevate health equity for all.
At the intersection of scientific advancement, community engagement, and philanthropy, Guido Oliva is making a lasting impact. As Assistant Director of Development at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) at UC San Diego, he plays a pivotal role in supporting groundbreaking research that influences various aspects of everyday life—from the food chain to medicine, cosmetics, and environmental studies.
