Mónica Susana Villalobos has been a driving force in Arizona’s business and civic landscape, serving as President & CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since 2019, following seven impactful years as Vice President and Executive Director of its Foundation. In her current role, she leads strategic growth initiatives for the Chamber and oversees several federally funded programs, including the Arizona MBDA Business Center, the Native American Business and Economic Development Center (NABEDC), and the Capital Readiness Program, with support from the U.S. Departments of Commerce and Treasury.

With a 37-year career in the telecommunications industry - 30 of them dedicated to wireless - Martha has established herself as a visionary leader in one of the world's most dynamic industries. Her passion for the fast pace of wireless technology drove her professional development, rising from Senior Engineer to Vice President, and making a significant mark at every stage. In December 2023, she capped a brilliant career with her retirement from T-Mobile USA.
