By: Arnulfo Manriquez Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Baja California, Valle de Guadalupe is a haven for wine enthusiasts seeking a blend of rustic charm and world-class wines. My journey into this enchanting wine country began in August 2014, in a conversation with Lisette Islas on the day I met her.

It shouldn't, but it still amazes me that people who live in San Diego/Los Angeles/Southern California and are wine lovers, haven't visited Valle de Guadalupe. Being so close and yet so far for many. The truth is that one can spend a whole day in Valle de Guadalupe, leaving early and returning at night after a delicious dinner at one of my favorite restaurants. But it is important to go with a plan if it is your first time. I can wake up on a Sunday, decide to go to Valle without a plan, and have an incredible time, but I've been visiting for years.

In the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, you can find a concept where gastronomic excellence, quality service and a dining room that invites you to get in touch with nature come together.

Are you a foodie who loves to pair a delicious glass of wine with your favorite meal? Do you want to learn the nuances of how to pair food and wines for maximum flavor impact correctly? Well, then, look no further.

This country dining room offers a select menu of options, dishes that fuse European techniques of French and Italian cuisine and Asian inspirations, paying tribute to its Mexican roots.
