Seven Seas Food Festival Returns with New Cuisines and Live Entertainment

With more than 150 new global offerings and a new live entertainment program, the new food festival arrives on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through April 27.

SeaWorld San Diego’s highly anticipated Seven Seas Food Festival is back with more than 150 new food and beverage options inspired by international flavors. This year, the festival expands its culinary diversity with four all-new food areas celebrating African, Korean, French and Spanish cuisines.

There will also be five vibrant entertainment stages with dynamic performances ranging from Polynesian fire dancing and Brazilian samba to high-energy K-pop groups. The festival, which runs Friday through Sunday through April 27, is included with park admission. SeaWorld annual pass members can take advantage of all the festival has to offer and return countless times to savor the huge variety of delicious cuisine and incredible performances week after week.

This year’s Seven Seas Food Festival is a true celebration of creativity and tradition,” says Executive Chef Zuric Ramirez. “Each dish has been designed from scratch, with a focus on authentic international flavors and bold culinary experiences, including some inspired by my family and personal history. From the vibrant spices of West Africa to the savory flavors of the Philippines.

This year’s festival is bigger and better than ever, with an all-new menu and newly introduced food areas highlighting flavors from various countries, including:

  • NEW West African Suya : beef with Yaji spices, red onions, cilantro and peanuts.
  • NEW Lamb Pita Pocket – Lamb, Pita, Tzatziki.
  • NEW Beef Bourguignon : braised beef, mushrooms and pearl onions.
  • NEW Gnocchi : sundried tomatoes and creamy pesto.
  • NEW Kimchi fried rice : rice, kimchi, peas and carrots.
  • NEW Pork belly sisig : pork belly, onions and rice. 

There will also be TOTALLY NEW soft drinks and cocktails:

  • NEW Ube Margarita : Tequila, Ube, Bittersweet.
  • NEW Pisco Sour – Pisco, Bittersweet.
  • NEW Celtic Twilight : whiskey, hazelnut liqueur and Irish creamNEW Mexican candy margarita : tequila, watermelon, agave syrup, bittersweet, tajin.

  • Seven Seas Show Stage: watch dynamic performers bring globally popular K-pop tunes to life.
  • SoCal Stage: witness the SoCal stage come alive with the vibrant energy of a local SoCal band, a DJ spinning electrifying beats and high-energy dance performances that will get you on your feet.
  • Samba Stage: Enjoy Brazilian dance culture with rhythmic moves, music and rich traditions that will make guests feel like they’re in a samba bar. 
  • Polynesian stage: tropical sounds transport you to another world while dancers tell stories of the islands. 
  • Oceanfront Stage: enjoy island life and experience ukulele performances and the art of Polynesian dance.
