Youth Symphony Celebrates Fall Concert with Anime Theme

As part of bringing music closer to young people, the Tijuana Youth Symphony held its Fall Concert where they performed pieces under the theme of Anime in the Show Room of the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT).

This was announced during the weekly session of Tijuana Innovadora by the operational director of the Youth Symphony, Ing. Jorge Soto, who indicated that he was very satisfied with the assistance in the two concerts offered.

“This was an initiative of our students, they were the ones who put the theme of doing the Anime Concert II filled with songs from Studio Ghibli, Dragon Ball Z, Sparkle Your Name, among other pieces directed by the Mtro. Pavel Getman,” he reported.

He stressed that the objective of offering this type of presentation is for the students of the Symphony to put into practice the knowledge learned in classes and rehearsals, in addition to providing them with a discipline that they will apply in all areas of their lives through music.

Likewise, he explained that to continue with these events it is necessary for the orchestra to have new students, so he invited parents to register their children so that the Youth Symphony continues to play.

Finally, he announced that this project does not stop and already has a new date for November 2nd where he will offer the Day of the Dead recital at the facilities of the El Cubo Museum in Cecut, where admission will be free.
