San Diego, Ca.- Sesame Place San Diego, the only theme park on the West Coast based entirely on the award-winning show Sesame Street, will celebrate Easter during Elmo’s Eggstravaganza from March 23 to April 7. This family-friendly event, which is included with park admission, will be offered daily and will include scavenger hunts, special storytimes, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and everyone’s favorite furry friends dressed in their Easter best. . The park’s water attractions will open for the spring and summer seasons starting March 23 for visitors to enjoy family fun.

• Easter Bunny Photo Opportunities – Visitors can meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny during a special photo experience at the park.
• Golden Egg Hunt – A golden egg will be hidden somewhere in the park each day of Elmo’s Eggstravaganza. The first guest to find it and return it to Sesame Souvenirs will win an exclusive prize.
• Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt : What would Easter be without an Easter egg hunt? Visitors can go on a fun scavenger hunt to find all the Easter eggs hidden in the park. Free activity sheets can be picked up and turned in when completed at Sesame Souvenirs for a special prize.
• Furry Friends Bunny Hop Dance Party and Games – A great way to burn off some energy… jump, bounce, and jump along with the Sesame Street friends at the Furry Friends Bunny Hop Dance Party. Plus, take part in special games and races!
• Easter Story Time – Kids of all ages can come together and enjoy a special story time at Abby’s Garden with The Great Easter Race. It’s an extraordinary spring story about eggs starring Elmo, Cookie Monster and more!
• Special Meet & Greets: Each Sesame Place event offers unique photo opportunities for guests! Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby and more will greet guests and take photos in their special Easter attire during the event.
