As part of World Sandwich Day, which is celebrated every November 3, Cypress has scheduled a series of promotions for the public at its restaurant, where this dish will be offered for 10 pesos.

And it is that the sandwich is one of the most popular and varied dishes that exist worldwide, whose origin dates back to the eighteenth century, in England, when John Montagu IV was Earl of Sandwich, a city in the southeast of England.

Such a character, according to history, used to eat meat between two loaves, so it is said that this could be the beginning of the famous dish.
